Skin Revive 3-in-1 Scalp Peel
, including mesotherapy and microneedling
Deep-cleansing vacuum peeling, electroporation, and microneedling combined in a single, comprehensive scalp treatment—with plant-derived tangerine exosomes and biomimetic peptides.
Hair care starts with the scalp.
Sebum, dead skin cells, and styling product residue can clog the area around the hair follicles. Our scalp treatment therefore combines cleansing, the delivery of active ingredients, and targeted mechanical stimulation in a single session.

Three steps. One protocol.
At Skin Revive, we intentionally perform the scalp treatment only as a 3-in-1 combination. Each step prepares the scalp for the next.
- dry, flaky, or easily oily scalp
- Focus: Hair and Scalp Health
- visible thinning and a desire for more baby hairs
- Long-Term Scalp Longevity Care
Cleanse. Replenish. Stimulate.
Vacuum + Peel
Depending on the condition of your scalp, we choose either HydraFacial or AquaFacial. Vacuum and liquid exfoliation loosen sebum, buildup, and dead skin cells and prepare the scalp.
Electroporation
This is immediately followed by cosmetic mesotherapy with electroporation. The procedure causes only minimal discomfort and is usually perceived more like an intense massage.
Targeted stimulation
To finish, we use the same active-ingredient ampoule and fine needles. The controlled microchannels create a regenerative stimulus. This step may be somewhat more uncomfortable.
A targeted stimulus for natural regeneration.
During microneedling, very fine needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This triggers the body’s natural healing and regeneration response. Studies on hair loss suggest that microneedling, as a complementary treatment, can improve hair characteristics such as density and hair shaft diameter.
We do not promise new hair: our cosmetic goal is to support the scalp environment and natural growth conditions as effectively as possible.
Why do new fine hairs become more visible?
Hair grows in cycles. By keeping the scalp clean, supplying active ingredients, and providing repeated mechanical stimulation, we create an environment that supports natural activity around the hair follicles. Given the right starting conditions, finer regrowing hairs—“baby hairs”—may become more visible over time.
tangerine exosomes + biomimetic peptides.
A regeneration-focused active ingredient strategy for a well-cared-for scalp and an optimal environment around the hair root.
Plant-derived tangerine exosomes
Plant-derived extracellular vesicles from tangerines are used in modern regenerative cosmetics as signaling and transport structures. They complement our Scalp Longevity protocol after cleansing and stimulation.
Research into plant-derived citrus vesicles and hair growth is still in its early stages. We therefore deliberately position them as an innovative cosmetic ingredient—not as a medical hair-growth treatment.
Biomimetic peptides
Peptides are short chains of amino acids and are used in modern skin and scalp care as targeted signaling ingredients. They complement the regenerative ampoule and help maintain a well-nourished, balanced environment around the hair root.
Our principle:cleanse first, then deliver active ingredients, then stimulate in a controlled manner.

We assess your scalp and select either HydraFacial or AquaFacial for Step 1 based on your individual needs. This is always followed by electroporation and microneedling as part of the complete 3-in-1 protocol.

What Is Scalp Treatment?
A combined scalp treatment consisting of vacuum peeling with HydraFacial or AquaFacial, cosmetic mesotherapy using electroporation, and subsequent microneedling with tangerine exosomes and biomimetic peptides.
Can I book just one of the three steps?
No. We offer this treatment exclusively as a complete 3-in-1 protocol because cleansing, active ingredient delivery, and stimulation are deliberately designed to build on one another.
HydraFacial or AquaFacial—which one is used?
We determine this on a case-by-case basis based on your scalp. Both systems allow for hydrodermabrasion using vacuum technology. We take into account sebum production, dryness, flaking, sensitivity, and the current condition of the scalp.
Can the treatment stimulate hair growth?
Microneedling creates controlled micro-stimuli and activates the body's natural regenerative response. Clinical studies show promising results as a complementary treatment for certain types of hair loss. Results vary from person to person; the treatment is not a substitute for a dermatological diagnosis or therapy.
Does the treatment help with baby hairs?
Under the right conditions, fine regrowing hairs may become more visible over time. Because hair growth is cyclical and slow, we evaluate changes over the course of several months rather than after just a few days.
Is the treatment uncomfortable?
Exfoliation and vacuum treatments are generally considered pleasant. Electroporation causes only minimal discomfort and often feels like an intense massage. Microneedling can be more noticeable because we deliberately create controlled stimulation.
How many treatments are recommended?
For our Skin Revive Scalp Peel 3-in-1, we generally recommend a course of 5 treatments at intervals of 2–3 weeks. This schedule gives the scalp time to regenerate between sessions while also providing regular stimulation over several weeks. Because hair growth follows a natural cycle, visible changes do not occur overnight. After completing the 5-treatment series, we’ll evaluate your progress together and discuss whether maintenance treatments are beneficial and at what intervals.
Who is the Scalp Treatment suitable for?
Scalp treatment is not performed on acutely inflamed, infected, or injured skin. Relevant medical conditions, medications, recent procedures, and individual contraindications are reviewed before treatment; medical clearance may be recommended when appropriate.
What should I keep in mind after the treatment?
Your scalp may be temporarily red or sensitive. Immediately afterward, avoid harsh scalp products, intense heat, saunas, and vigorous rubbing. Follow the individual aftercare instructions you receive at the institute.
